Grandpa

Well also this past weekend with Halloween and the baby blessing Grandpa Clarence passed away October 29, 2009. Funeral Services were held Tuesday November 3. I think everything turned out just how Grandpa would have wanted it to. We had great support from the community and everyone in the family made it. We will miss him a ton! Love You Grandpa!

Update

Brigs was blessed November 1, 2009 by his Great Grandpa Laughter. It was a very nice day.

Here is our little guy. Today as I went through the pictures I cannot believe that he has changed so much in such a short amount of time. He is three months old now.

Halloween

Talesha's Drill Team always goes to Thriller every year. This year I was able to go. I have never been to anything like this and we had a lot of FUN!
This is certainly a show we will have to see again.

Thanks Talesha for taking me!

Halloween this year was lots of fun, but busy. We didn't even have time to carve pumpkins. Ok I'm a bad mom, but I will work on it next year. This is Brigs at Dad's halloween lunch at work. Clint would never dress up (he's too cool)!
I am not an obsessive Mom, I didn't run out to buy every cute outfit I could find.
The little mouse outfit was a gift from Jim and Diane.
The Caterpillar costume was a gift from Aunt Connie
(and by far our favorite he looked so stinken cute!)
This is one that I bought but this was the only time he put it on, yeah the other ones were much cuter and we didn't like it much either.

Family Update

I was doing so well when Brigs was first born to blog often. Well since then Brigston has stopped sleeping all day. Things are a little busy. I am back to work full time, which gives me a break from being mom, and Brigs is getting so big and keeping things busy around the house.
My mom took everyone out to do family pictures. It was a good afternoon and we got the biggest kick out of Brigs. I laid him in the leaves and he started reaching for everything around him and having a ball. He already is curious about everything. We are in trouble when he figures out how to work those hands.
Farrell Family Fall 2009
Brigs is also starting to coo and smile. He has so much to say, just don't know how to get it out. I can't believe how things have changed so much in so little time. We can't wait to see how Brigs grows, and what his little personality will be like.

We Finally Made IT!!!

For the past year Clint and I have been going to church and wanting to go through the temple. When we found out we were expecting Brigston this became more of a priority. We were hoping to go through the temple in July before the baby was born, but with busy schedules and temples classes things were delayed. The only thing that matters is that WE MADE IT!

Our family was sealed for all time and eternity on October 10, 2009

Lots of family were able to attend with us and made the day even more special. We appreciate all the love and support family gave to us. Clint and I were raised in close families and that is probably the reason we felt so compelled to go through the temple. At the end of the day FAMILY is all the matters.

We were also able to take pictures of our family together, which doesn't happen too often. This is Clint and the Farrell side of the family. This is four generations. Below is my mothers side of the family which is five generations. The really neat thing is we are all sealed together.

There's a First Time for Everything

Here is the first Bath.

This was his first Doctor appointment. He was three weeks when he went. He weighed in at 7 lb 13 oz and is now 21 inches long. He is growing BIG! Everything looks good except for a little left hip click. We have to get an ultrasound to look at it, but the Radiologist mentioned a lot of infants have a click and most the time it's nothing. We are hoping this is nothing.

Brigstons 1 Week Pictures

My Mom took all these pictures. We had so much fun doing them, but it was a lot of work. By the end of the day we were both irritated and I don't think there was anything Brigston hadn't peed on. He had his diaper on most the time, but he managed to soak everything.
Little Boys are so much FUN!
Clint was furious when we put Brigs in this LITTLE basket, but I think it was worth it.

Camping

Brigs turned two weeks while we were camping up at Miller Flat. We had lots of fun but it was kind of cold. We had to keep him bundled up pretty much the whole weekend.

He is also staying awake for most of the day, and pulling the cutest faces.
This is Zoey and Cash our dogs with my sister Makiya. She actually asked Clint this weekend if she could buy Cash from him. She loves them lots.

Keeping BUSY

A week after Brigs was born we got the phone call from my in laws telling us my sister in law Ashley's water had broke. We packed up and headed to Ogden.
Little Hesston was born August 9 around 3:30 AM. That brings the total of grandsons to five in the past two years. We are still waiting for someone to have a little girl!
Hesston was 7 lb 12 oz. He is bigger than Brigs!
We also made a trip to Nephi to visit my grandparents that couldn't make it to Price. This is Grandpa Brent and Brigs watching TV.

Brigston at Home

Brigston is trying out all his new toys!

Sponge Baths
Just hanging out in the Boppie

Our Family.....For Now.....Is COMPLETE!

OUR LITTLE BRIGSTON IS FINALLY HERE!!! Our life has went from pregnant and miserable to tired and pleasant. We couldn't be happier. Our little guy is happy and healthy. He came Saturday August 1 at 0416 in the morning. He weighed 6 lb 8 oz and was 21 inches long.

I have to tell you this was the best and the scariest moment of my life. Thinking that this was the little guy that was inside of me moments before is the weirdest feeling ever. I can't believe how amazing this whole process is. It was long and hard, but already I would do it again and again!! (DON'T TELL CLINT)
Brigs is a little sucker and he loves his pacifier. This was in the nursery and he immediately learned to how to hold it in. He knows exactly what he wants.
We were so blessed to have so many family members come to Price. We appreciate everyone's support and was so happy they were able to share our experience.

Catching up for April

This month it was my Mother-In-Laws Birthday. Over Easter weekend we visited for a little get together.

Clint and I got the chance to babysit. This is my nephew Stratten! He is getting cuter everyday. He will be walking before we know it.

My parents went out of town for my Dad's city meetings so I went back to Nephi for the weekend. It was fun, I got to see Makiya in her first spelling bee. She did great!

Our Latest

It has been a long time since I last posted a blog and I am sorry, I will try to be better. A lot has been changing in our lives and it seems like it's all we can do to keep up. My pregnancy is going good. We are having a BABY BOY! He is growing like he should and so far everything looks like it's where it should be. These are the ultrasound pictures that were taken three weeks ago at my last Doctor visit.

This is just a heart beat with a small picture of the babies spine.
This picture is a little creepy, but it's the babies skull. Doctor Nelson was able to rule out cleft lip.
Here is a little foot, and believe me he's a kicker.
This is a picture of the babies arm. He is discovering that mouth already.
